1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites store on your device to remember information, retain preferences, or track activity. There are technical cookies (necessary for operation) and profiling cookies (for advertising or analytics).
2. Cookies used by mida.club
For normal browsing and for signing up to the beta program, the site uses exclusively functional technical cookies: mida_lang (stores your chosen language) and, if you express a marketing choice, mida_consent (stores that choice). These are strictly necessary cookies, exempt from consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
Profiling cookies are installed only if you consent to marketing by ticking the dedicated box in the signup form: in that case we activate the TikTok pixel (see the table below). Without such consent the pixel stays in suspended mode and sets no cookies and does not track your browsing. This is why there is no banner: marketing consent is given through the form checkbox, freely and optionally.
3. Third-party services loaded by the pages
The site loads resources from external providers that, when your browser fetches the files, may collect minimal technical information (e.g. IP address, user-agent). TikTok installs profiling cookies only with your prior consent to marketing:

4. Future changes
If we decide in the future to adopt analytics or profiling tools (e.g. to measure traffic ahead of launch), we will update this Cookie Policy and introduce a consent collection mechanism compliant with the Italian DPA Guidelines of 10 June 2021 (banner with granular acceptance and a refusal option of equal prominence).
