"Mida" is the commercial brand of the AI skincare app developed by the Owner. Trademarks and product names that may be mentioned on the site or in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes.
Copyright
All content on the mida.club site — text, graphics, source code, design, photography, animations — is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the Owner unless stated otherwise. Reproduction, distribution, publication (even partial) and modification without the Owner's written authorisation are expressly forbidden. Exceptions are admitted only for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution.
Liability for content
Site content is for informational purposes and product presentation. The Owner takes care of accuracy but does not guarantee absence of errors or omissions. Mida app content — when available — does not replace any professional medical, dermatological or cosmetic advice.

Dispute resolution

Jurisdiction: for consumers, the court of residence or elected domicile (Art. 33 Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005). In all other cases, exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Milan, Italy.
